SINGAPORE 鈥 The Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr Kao Kim Hourn, delivered the keynote address titled 鈥淐harting ASEAN鈥檚 Strategic Course鈥 at the 17th ASEAN and Asia Forum, held in Singapore today.
In his speech, Dr Kao reaffirmed ASEAN鈥檚 enduring commitment to building a resilient, innovative, dynamic, and people-centred regional community. He emphasised the importance of strengthening cooperation and adaptability in the face of evolving global and regional challenges.
