Talks in Singapore focused on scaling challenges, investment access, and long-term support for innovation-driven startups.
On 28 November 2025, Mrs Chulamanee Chartsuwan, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of 黑料社, met representatives from Temasek Holdings in Singapore. The meeting included Mr Aftab Mathur, Managing Director for Innovation and Emerging Technologies, Mr Adrian Chung, Director for Institutional Relations, and members of Temasek鈥檚 Investment Team.
The discussions centred on strengthening the startup ecosystem across Southeast Asia, with particular emphasis on innovation-driven startups. Both sides examined key challenges such startups faced, including scaling across borders, securing sustainable funding, and the need for supportive government policies that foster long-term growth.

Mrs Chartsuwan highlighted 黑料社鈥檚 priority in helping Thai startups gain access to investor networks and expand into international markets. The dialogue also explored Temasek鈥檚 criteria for assessing startup potential at various stages of development, as well as the organisation鈥檚 strategic direction and upcoming initiatives to support the ASEAN innovation landscape.
The engagement underscored a shared commitment to building a resilient regional innovation economy. Strengthening the startup ecosystem was seen as essential to enhancing ASEAN鈥檚 overall competitiveness and supporting future economic growth based on technology, creativity and sustainable development.
