Singapore hospitals are offering a range of medical promotions for Indonesian patients in 2026 through partnerships with Indonesian banks, insurers and healthcare facilitators. The programmes include discounts on health screenings, specialist consultations, inpatient services and medical concierge support, reinforcing Singapore’s position as a leading destination for medical tourism from Indonesia.
Raffles Hospital Singapore is providing up to 15% discounts for eligible PermataBank cardholders until 31 October 2026. The offer covers specialist consultations, outpatient services, selected health screening packages, hospital room rates and Raffles Health supplements. Premium cardholders also receive additional benefits, including a meet-and-greet service and a complimentary health goodie bag.
Patients visiting IHH Healthcare Singapore, which operates Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, Parkway East Hospital and Parkway Shenton, can also access exclusive partner promotions. Eligible JCB Indonesia cardholders receive 10% off Executive Health Screening packages through 30 November 2026, while selected BCA Solitaire customers are entitled to an SGD 400 Executive Health Screening voucher at participating Parkway Shenton centres throughout 2026.
For BCA Priority and BCA Solitaire customers, Mount Elizabeth Hospital Singapore offers additional privileges, including 5% discounts on inpatient room charges, 10% savings on Executive Health Screening packages, pre-arrival video consultations and support from a dedicated patient assistance centre. The programme is available until 31 December 2028.
Eligible blu by BCA Digital bluRoyal members can also enjoy complimentary two-way airport transfers when admitted for inpatient treatment at participating IHH Healthcare Singapore hospitals until 31 December 2026, making travel arrangements more convenient for Indonesian patients.
Meanwhile, BSI Card holders have access to Medical Concierge Asia, which provides appointment scheduling, treatment cost estimates, interpreter assistance and teleconsultation support. The service covers several Singapore healthcare providers, including Raffles Medical, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, Farrer Park Hospital, StarMed Specialist Centre and Healthway Medical.
Insurance partnerships are also simplifying access to treatment. Raffles Hospital Singapore is part of Prudential Indonesia’s PRUPriority Hospital network, allowing eligible policyholders to receive cashless inpatient treatment through the PRUMedicalNetwork programme.
