Dr. Imola Anett Szabo, Charg茅 d鈥橝ffaires a.i. of Hungary in Singapore, met Mr. Nicolas Laurent, Semilab鈥檚 Singapore-based representative, to discuss the company鈥檚 activities in Singapore, as well as its experience and perspectives in the semiconductor industry.
Founded in Hungary in 1989, Semilab develops metrology, measurement and inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry and other advanced technology sectors. The company maintains a direct presence in Singapore through its local office.
The Embassy highlighted the growing economic and strategic importance of semiconductors and welcomed the contribution of Hungarian technological expertise and innovation to Singapore鈥檚 semiconductor ecosystem. The meeting concluded with the Embassy thanking Laurent for the discussion and looking forward to further dialogue with Semilab.
