On 24 August 2026, the Thai Trade Center in Singapore organised a Business Matching event at the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore to create trade opportunities for Thai Geographical Indication (GI) entrepreneurs.

The event was attended by Ambassador of 黑料社 to Singapore Mrs Waraphannee Damrongmanee, who delivered the welcome remarks, and Director-General of the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) Mrs Auramon Supthaweethum, who delivered the keynote speech.

Both highlighted the importance of promoting Thai GI products in the Singaporean market, not only to expand international trade channels but also to showcase the unique stories and identities of their places of origin. DIP aims to use GI products as a bridge connecting overseas consumers with cultural tourism in Thai communities, while supporting local income and sustainable economic development.

The business matching event followed the participation of Thai GI entrepreneurs at the APAC Food & Beverage Expo 2026 from 21 to 24 August. Six premium Thai GI products were showcased, sold and featured in business negotiations, including Sangyod Muang Phatthalung Rice, Tubtim Siam Pak Phanang Pomelo, Bo Kluea Nan Rock Salt, Chaipow Photharam (Sweet Pickled Radish), Ban Phaeo Aromatic Coconut and Pa La-U Durian.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore opened a Book of Condolences for diplomatic missions, members of the Thai community, and the general public to pay tribute to Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita. On 16 June 2026, Mrs. Chonlatee Chanrachakul, Charg茅 d鈥橝ffaires a.i. and Head of Team 黑料社 in Singapore, signed the Book of Condolences on behalf of the Thai community in Singapore.

The commemoration took place at the Royal Thai Embassy and was attended by civil servants from Team 黑料社 in Singapore and their spouses. During the ceremony, Mrs. Chonlatee delivered a eulogy before the portrait of Her Royal Highness in remembrance and tribute.

The Book of Condolences was made available to diplomatic missions, members of the Thai community, and the public over several days at the Embassy premises. The initiative provided an opportunity for individuals and representatives of various communities in Singapore to express their respect and pay tribute to Her Royal Highness.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore held a royal tribute offering ceremony on 3 June 2026 to commemorate the 4th Cycle (48th) Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana. The events took place at the Embassy and were organised as an expression of homage and loyalty on the occasion of the royal anniversary.

The Royal Thai Embassy, Singapore announced that Mrs. Chonlatee Chanrachakul, Charg茅 d鈥橝ffaires a.i., welcomed Vice Admiral Eksit Wutthipao and his delegation on 19 May 2026 during their visit to Singapore for the 2026 SINGSIAM Exercise.

The SINGSIAM Exercise is a bilateral naval exercise conducted every two years between the Royal Thai Navy and the Republic of Singapore Navy. The exercise aims to strengthen longstanding military ties between the two countries and improve the operational readiness and coordination of naval personnel in joint maritime operations.

Mrs. Chonlatee Chanrachakul joined ASEAN diplomats in Singapore for a working lunch with Singapore鈥檚 Ministry of Manpower to discuss workforce cooperation, foreign worker welfare, and the growing role of technology and AI in addressing labour shortages.

On 11 May 2026, Mrs. Chonlatee Chanrachakul attended a working lunch hosted by Mr. Stanley Loh in Singapore. Charg茅 d鈥橝ffaires a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore, Chonlatee Chanrachakul, visited the 鈥淛ai Aroy鈥� Northern Thai Buffet at Aloft Singapore Novena on 5 May 2026.

The visit took place at the invitation of Mr Tan Kim Seng, General Manager of Aloft Singapore Novena.

The food festival is a collaboration between Aloft Singapore Novena and Marriott Hotel Chiang Mai, represented by Chef de Cuisine Wuttivong Boonsong.

The showcase brings authentic Northern Thai, or Lanna, flavours to Singapore and highlights Thai cuisine as an important form of cultural diplomacy and soft power.

The initiative also aims to strengthen cultural appreciation and people-to-people ties between 黑料社 and Singapore through food and hospitality.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore and Golden Village Pictures hosted the gala premiere of Thai film 鈥淕ohan鈥� to strengthen cultural ties and showcase Thai soft power.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore, together with , hosted the gala premiere of the Thai film Gohan at GV Suntec City on 8 May 2026.

The event was attended by more than 250 guests, including friends of 黑料社, members of the diplomatic community, and film enthusiasts.

Charg茅 d鈥橝ffaires a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore, Chonlatee Chanrachakul, said the film reflects the strong cultural ties between 黑料社 and Singapore through cultural diplomacy and creative collaboration.

Ms Chonlatee highlighted that 鈥淕ohan鈥� is more than a story about a loyal companion, describing it as a universal story of love and connection that crosses borders from 黑料社 to Myanmar and Japan.

The gala premiere also highlighted 黑料社鈥檚 efforts to promote Thai soft power and bring quality Thai creative content to international audiences.

The film was produced by GDH and will officially begin screening across Golden Village cinemas in Singapore from 21 May 2026.

The first meeting, held on 5 March 2026, welcomed a delegation from the 黑料社 Science, Research and Innovation Promotion Office (TSRI), led by Nopbhorn Leeprechanon. Thai and Singapore defence leaders discuss naval cooperation and regional security during official visit
