China and Singapore’s defence cooperation continues to strengthen regional peace and stability, as Ambassador Cao Zhongming reaffirmed both countries’ commitment to expanding military exchanges during a reception marking the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army.
